Want to train like a fighter without getting all the bumps and bruises?
It's no secret, MMA fighters and Black Belts are in great shape. Physically their bodies are ready for anything that comes their way. They have the spirit and determination of a warrior. Mentally they are disciplined and focused.
Our K.O. Fit class will help you achieve all those goals. This is an awesome group class designed for men and women of all fitness levels. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out since high school or go to the gym every day. You will be surprised to see how this class will transform you in a unique way.
Plan to be taken through a series of stretches, framework basics, 10 three minute rounds followed by a core workout. Each class we will be using heavy bags, TRX suspension, Battle Ropes, boxing mitts and more.
The class starts March 12January 7 and runs till February 2019 and are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:45-7:45. Shoes will not be worn during class. Wear comfortable workout clothes and you may bring a yoga mat and towel.

Yes, you must be over the age of 16
Do I need to be in good shape to join this event?
No matter what your fitness level, won't throw in the towel.
What should I bring to the event?
Boxing Gloves, Water Bottle, Yoga Mat, Towel
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring your ticket to the event, once you register we will have your name on the roster.
