Planning to start training for Seattle half marathon and would like to start with a 6 mile run and add one mile every week.

Event will begin with a light stretching followed by casual run to cover the targeted distance(6 miles for this weekend).

Please feel free to walk/jog if you experience any discomfort during your run.

Also please dress per the weather, and wish you a happy run!!

Beginners are most welcome and it’s okay if you don’t have a goal set or you are exploring running
