Join me for a morning run.
It is no secret that running is one of the most effective practices. It gives a charge of cheerfulness for the whole day.
If you start your morning with a run and a simple yoga exercise, good energy and mood are guaranteed!
What: 5 km distance + yoga
Where: Near Frankensteiner Platz, 60594 Frankfurt am Main
When: every Thursday from 7:15 to 8:15
Price: a charitable contribution from your heart
(recommended - € 8 for the development UliYoga project)
For whom: for people with any level of training, beginners are welcome
Be sure to take water with you!
For warm-up we will execute simple asanas. After that, we will run 5 km together (at an average moderate speed of about 6 minutes / km). After jogging we will do some stretching.
cheerful morning always helps to accomplish all the plans for the day. This is the magic of the morning.
