As we plan for our annual global
CONVERSATION DAY on Sat., June 8th in Bryant Park --
please come share what you've learned about
how to have enjoyable and beneficial conversations --
** in your friendships and deeper relationships,
** in your work and career growth, and
** in your community -- and the nation.
· How do you find that your conversations enhance your life every day? Are you good at starting conversations with strangers?
· What’s your Conversational Style? Dominant? Questioning? Supportive? Passive?
· Do you know how to cope with the occasional "Conversational Narcissist" who bullies others.
Have you found ways to "talk across the barricades" -- to people whose views you find repugnant?
· Can talking together become a form of everyday Spirituality – evoking your higher capacities for compassion, empathy, and imagination?
Please come to share your experiences, knowledge, and insights!
