Teresa San Roman is a Career Counselor at The WorkPlace. She manages the MaturityWorks Program for unemployed workers 55+. Teresa has over 15 years of experience working for Foundations such as AARP, Ford, McArthur and Gates, helping individuals build skills and get jobs. Teresa has helped many mature workers get employment after they participate in a training and job search program to re-enter the workplace.
